German Summer Daycamps for Children (Ages 4–12) in Hamburg

During the summer holidays, we offer exciting and immersive German daycamps for children aged 4–12 years in Hamburg.
For the children, each camp week is a joyful journey into a new world – full of play, creativity, and fun, far away from the stresses of everyday life.

Our daycamps take place Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The weekly camp fee includes a daily warm lunch, all materials, and all excursions – there are no additional costs.

What do children need?

Just time and curiosity!
Children attend the camp daily from 9:00 to 16:30 – everything else is taken care of by us.

The camps are conducted entirely in German, but no prior knowledge of the language is required.
Children are gently and naturally immersed in the language through play and everyday interaction.

Learning German through play

In the mornings, we usually go on age-appropriate excursions.
In the afternoons, we focus on language development through games, creative activities, movement, and themed projects.

Using playful and interactive methods, children are encouraged to speak and communicate naturally in English.
They are given many opportunities to follow their natural impulse to communicate, which helps strengthen and develop their active language skills in a relaxed and motivating environment.

Age-appropriate groups

Children are divided into small, age-appropriate groups, allowing us to tailor activities and topics to their developmental level.

Younger children learn through simple games, songs, stories, coloring, and crafts.

Older children explore more complex topics and are encouraged to discuss and interact in German.

Before each camp week, parents receive a clear and structured weekly schedule.

At the same time, parents can relax knowing their children are well supervised during school holidays, kindergarten closures, or family stays in Hamburg.

At the end of each camp week, we invite parents to a small presentation, where the children proudly share what they have learned – a wonderful and memorable conclusion to the week.

Flexible & repeatable

Activities and themes vary from week to week, making it possible for children to participate in multiple camp weeks.
The more intensive the language exposure, the greater the progress in language development.
